About the Founder - Mich

WaxMe.Studio was born from a moment I still remember with sharp clarity.

I was 10. I didn’t look like my mother—she was blonde and blue-eyed. I wasn’t. I had big, thick, black eyebrows and my mother didn’t approve.

One day, without warning, we went to a salon.

No explanation. No “this might sting.” No “are you okay?” No “you get to decide.” Just bright lights, the chemical bite in the air—and then the ripping started. Hair, skin… and something deeper than both.

Tears ran down my cheeks, hot and humiliating. Then the esthetician leaned in and repeated, again and again: “You’re too sensitive.”

Well, judgment doesn’t sit well with me.
